  1. Shred the leftover parathas roughly with your hand into pcs.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add whole jeera.
  3. When it has spluttered add minced garlic and sauté for 1 – 2 minutes.
  4. Add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent in color.
  5. Add the paratha pieces and sauté for another 3 – 4 minutes.
