Ingredients
Paratha : 6 nos –
Onion
finely chopped : 1 no –
Green chillies
finely chopped : 2 –

nos
Whole jeera : ½ tsp –
Garlic
minced : 2 –
3
cloves
Curry leaves
Few –
Ghee
: 2 tsp –
Salt
to taste –
Instructions
Shred the leftover parathas roughly with your hand into pcs.
Heat
ghee
in a pan and add whole jeera.
When it has spluttered add minced
garlic
and sauté for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add
curry leaves
,
green chillies
and chopped onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent in color.
Add the paratha pieces and sauté for another 3 – 4 minutes.
