- Eggs - 2 nos
- Parsley(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tsp
- Baking powder(A pinch) -
- Mint(chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- garlic(grated) - 1 clove
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing parsley omelette, beat well the eggs, parsley, onion, maida, baking powder, mint leaves, grated garlic, pepper powder and salt till it becomes a bit fluffy.
- Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
- Pour in the omelette mixture and allow it to cook on both the sides.
- Parsley omelette is ready. Serve hot with bread.
