Pavakka Kara Kulambu
Kara kuzhambu is traditionally made with vattrals or dried veggies like sundakkai etc. This pavakkai kara kuzhambu is the combination of both bitteness and tangyness. It goes well with rice.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustad and urad dal .
  2. When it splutters add onion and green chilly.
  3. Add all powders and salt.
  4. Add curry leaves,fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add coconut to this and fry for 5 minutes.then grind it and keep it aside.
  6. In a kadai put some oil and add pavakka and salt and fry for 3 minutes.After that add grind mix to this And add i spoon tamarind juice also.Boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Now karakulambu is ready to serve with hot rice.
