  • For preparing pepper turkey, heat coconut oil in a pan and saute the onions till transparent.
  • Add in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Fry it well. 3)Then add in pepper, turmeric, salt and cumin powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
  • Now add in the turkey and pour in required water. Cover and allow it to cook.
  • Open the lid and if there is water, allow it to dry up by boiling it.
  • Pour in the vinegar, coconut milk, curry leaves and add in the coriander leaves.
  • Pepper turkey is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapatti, porotta, etc.
