Ingredients
- Duck(chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 5 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 4 cloves
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Pepper powder - 3 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing peppery duck, blend together ginger, garlic, pepper powder, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
- Marinate the duck in the above masala for 1 hour.
- Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker.
- SautT in the onions, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Toss in the marinated duck and potatoes. SautT it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Pour the remaining masala and toss in the tomatoes. Mix well and allow it to cook with required water.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Peppery duck is ready. Serve hot.
