Instructions
For preparing peppery mussels, heat the
oil
in a pressure cooker and splutter
mustard seeds
.
Saute the onions till golden brown in color
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste and
fennel seed
powder.
Then add in the mussels.
Sprinkle tomatoes,
garam masala
,
cumin seeds
,
coriander powder
,
pepper powder
, chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and
salt
. Mix well, close the lid and allow it to cook.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Peppery mussels are ready. Serve hot with chappathis or roti`s.
