Ingredients
Tomato

Cucumber

Bitter gourd
or Vazha pindi or Ripe
mango

Coconut

Mustard seeds

Salt
(As reqd) –
For seasoning: –

Instructions
Cut the chosen vegetable/fruit finely into small pieces.
Cut
onion
into small pieces and
green chillies
finely.
Add
salt
and mix the above ingredients thoroughly with your hand.
:- Believe me, that gives an extra taste.
Grind together
coconut
and
mustard seeds
with
water
and add it to the above mix.
Add curd and mix well.
Season it with
mustard seeds
,
red chillies
and
curry leaves
.
