  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 2inch
  • garlic 5pods
  • Paneer – 2slices
  • Corn flour(as needed) –
  • Chilli sauce – 2ts
  • Soya Sauce – 2ts
  • Tomato sauce – 2ts
  • Salt(as needed) –
  • Oil(as needed) –
  1. Chop onion, ginger and garlic
  2. Mix corn flour with water
  3. Dip the paneer and fry it in oil.
  4. Fry till both sides are done. Strain excess oil and keep it aside
  5. In a kadai heat oil add ginger and garlic and fry till turns brown
  6. Then fry the onion and sauté
  7. Add the chili and tomato sauce( since it is homemade fried it for 5 minutes else we can add the other tomato sauce simultaneously and fry just for one minute)
  8. Add the soya sauce and sauté for a minute
  9. Add little water for gravy consistency
  10. Now add the fried paneer and coat the masala on both sides.
  11. Serve hot
