  • Marie biscuit – 17nos

  • Sugar 3tsp
  • Pineapple(chopped) – 1cup
  • Butter – 100g
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/4tsp
  • Powdered sugar 100g
  1. For preparing pineapple biscuit pudding, cook the pineapple with 1 1/2 tsp sugar.
  2. Remove pineapple from the syrup.
  3. Dip the biscuits in pineapple syrup and make a layer in pudding tray.
  4. Beat sugar, butter well. Add egg yolk and beat again. Add pineapple, egg white and essence. Beat well.
  5. Spread the mixture above the biscuit and layer biscuits again. Repeat the process.
  6. Freeze it to set. Garnish with cream and cherries.
  7. Pineapple biscuit pudding is ready.
