Ingredients
- Pineapple paste - 3 tbsp
- Eggs(if reqd) - 2 nos
- Buttermilk - 1 1/4 cup
- Butter(melted) - 4 tbsp
- Sugar(powdered) - 1/4 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 cups
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon(powdered, Karugapatta) - 1/4 tsp
- All spice - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- In another bowl combine sugar, maida, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and all spice.
- Slowly add the blended wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well avoiding lumps.
- Pour the batter in 1/4 cup portions into the hot pan. (Should form 5-inch circles)
- When the batter stops bubbling and edges begin to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be dark brown. Cook it on both the sides.
- Pineapple pancakes are ready. Serve hot.
