Instructions
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the mutton pieces on low flame till tender. Remove it and keep it aside.
- Add the canned pineapple with their juice.
- Stir in the soy sauce, pepper and the fried mutton into the vessel.
- Toss in the spring onion and mix it well.
- Pineapple stir-fried mutton is ready. Serve with plain rice or noodles.
