Generally Kesari is a very popular recipe in Tamil Nadu. It have many varieties of flavors. Pista kesari is also one among the Flavor of Kesari. It gives good flavor and fantastic tastes.

Ingredients
  • Pista 20 no. –
  • Rava 1/2 cup –
  • milk 1/2 cup –
  • Honey : 1 tsp –
  • sugar 1/3 cup –
  • Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp –
  • ghee 3 to 4 tbsp –
  • Salt 1 pinch –
Instructions
  1. Soak the pista in hot water for 1 hour
  2. In a blender add pista, milk, honey and sugar and blend it well by adding 1 glass of water
  3. In a pan add the pista milk and boil it for 5 mins in medium flame
  4. then add roasted rava and stir continuously for 5 mins
  5. Add sugar, cardamom powder and pinch of salt and stir it
  6. add ghee and stir continuously for 5 to 10 mins in medium flame, if need add fried cashews
  7. Now Pista Kesari is ready
