Ingredients
  • Aval – 1cup
  • Groundnut – 1/4cup
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Green chilly – 4
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Curry leaf – 4
Instructions
  1. Soak soft aval with 2tsp of water
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When it splutter add red chillies.
  3. Add onions and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add ground nuts,chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for a minute
  5. Saute for 2 more minutes until groundnut become fully roasted.
  6. Add aval to this and stir for 1 minute.
  7. Now poha is ready ,
