- Pork(clean and remove the lard) - 1 cup
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 100 g
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 100 g
- Fenugreek leaves(Uluva ela) - 100 g
- Soda Bicarb(A pinch) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pork dumplings, cook the pork in a pressure cooker with water, salt and turmeric powder.
- Drain the water and shred the pork. Allow it to cool.
- In a bowl mix in shredded pork, gram flour, soda bicarb, rice flour, maida, fenugreek leaves, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and required water. Make it into a semi loose batter and keep it aside for 3 hours.
- Pork dumplings are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
