  • Pork(chopped) – 1/2kg
  • Ginger(finely chopped) – 2cm
  • garlic(finely chopped) – 1clove
  • Red chilly(finely chopped) – 1no
  • Lemon grass(finely chopped) – 5cm
  • Chicken stock/Beef stock – 2/3cup
  • Fish sauce – 1tbsp
  • Granulated sugar 2tsp
  • Lime juice – 1/2lemon
  • Peanuts(roasted) – 50g
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) – 2springs
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing pork in lemon flavor gravy, heat the oil in a vessel.
  2. Add the pork, ginger, garlic, chilly and lemon grass. Allow it to cook.
  3. Then add the chicken/beef stock, fish sauce, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Cover the vessel and allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with roasted peanuts and spring onions.
  5. Pork in lemon flavor gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice.
