Pork cooked in a tomato gravy

Ingredients
- Pork sausages(chopped) - 4 nos
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 spring
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the tomatoes, chilly powder and salt.
- SautT for 2 minutes on low flame till the tomatoes becomes soft.
- Add the curry leaves.
- Pour water and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Then add in the pork sausages and allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Add the coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
- Pork sausages in tomato gravy is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapatti, dosa etc.
