- Pork(cubed) - 1 kg
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- garlic - 12 cloves
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pork sorpotel, grind together chilly powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds, garam masala and turmeric powder.
- In a pan fry the pork till the fat melts. Remove the pork pieces and keep it aside.
- In the same oil sautT the ground paste for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Now add in the fried pork pieces along with required water and allow it to cook till the pork becomes tender.
- Pour in the vinegar and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pork sorpotel is ready. Serve hot with rice.
