Potato-Aloo Pancakes
Grated potato, flour, milk and other ingredients are combined together and fried as pancakes

  1. For preparing potato/aloo pancakes, mix together all purpose flour, egg, cinnamon, pepper powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir in grated potato and grated onion. Mix well.
  3. Pour milk into the mixture till it attains a thick consistency.
  4. Pour a ladle full of batter in a heated frying pan and spread lightly. Pour little oil on the sides of tawa.
  5. Cook till both sides are done.
  6. Potato/aloo pancakes, an easy as well as nutritious snack recipe, is ready.
