Instructions
For preparing
potato
/aloo pancakes, mix together
all purpose flour
,
egg
, cinnamon,
pepper powder
,
baking powder
,
sugar
and
salt
in a bowl.
Stir in grated
potato
and grated
onion
. Mix well.
Pour
milk
into the mixture till it attains a thick consistency.
Pour a ladle full of batter in a heated frying pan and spread lightly. Pour little
oil
on the sides of tawa.
Cook till both sides are done.
