Ingredients
- Potato(grated) - 1 no
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Egg - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As rqed) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a bowl mix in the cooked potatoes, maida, egg, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onion, green chillies, salt and water. Make it into a smooth batter avoiding lumps.
- Heat a pan, spoon a ladle of batter on the pan and make it in the shape of a dosa.
- Drizzle a little oil over it.
- Fry the dosa on both the sides.
- Potato dosa is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
