Ingredients
  • Potato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Red chilli – 2
  • Egg 1
  • Coriander(as needed) –
  • Salt as needed –
  • Oil as needed –
Instructions
  1. Peel and wash potato and grate it. Squeeze it well and drain out the excess water. Do the same with the onion. Chop chilies and coriander.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add potato, onion, little of coriander and chilli and fry
  4. When the potato is cooked make a small hole in the midst
  5. Break the egg and pour it in the hole and sprinkle the rest of the coriander and chilli and salt.
  6. Close the pan with a lid and cook. According to how one wants the egg the cooking time can be altered. Remove from pan and serve with sauce.
