Potato is cooked with green peas and other ingredients

- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 4 nos
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 2 no
- garlic - 5 cloves
- Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
- Tomato puree - 1 cup
- Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing potato in green peas gravy, grind onion, garlic and ginger to a smooth paste.
- Add turmeric powder, tomato puree, chilly powder and garam masala. Fry well.
- Put in the green peas, potatoes, water and salt. Allow it to cook till done.
- Remove the pressure cooker lid and allow it to boil for some time.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Potato in green peas gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
