Lamb with mashed potato and other ingredients

Ingredients
- Boneless lamb(cubed) - 3 cups
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 cups
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(blanched, peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Green peas(boiled) - 1/2 cup
- garlic(grated) - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Cheese(grated) - 1 cup
- Butter(soft) - 5 tbsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mash the potatoes with the back of a fork and put it into a bowl.
- Shred the lamb and add it in the bowl.
- Mix in 1/2 cup grated cheese, corn flour, milk, cooked green peas, blanched tomatoes, onions, grated garlic, butter, pepper powder and salt.
- Put it into a greased pie dish and microwave on high for 15 minutes.
- After it is done sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and microwave it on high for 1 minute.
- Potato lamb pie is ready. Serve hot.
