  1. Boil Potato and peas and keep aside
  2. Grind Onion tomato, poppy seed and coconut and keep aside
  3. In pan add oil and temper jeera and garam masala
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for few mins
  5. Noe add Grind paste and saute well
  6. Now add all powder and mix it well
  7. Add vegetables and water for kurma and bring to boil
  8. Now potato peas kurma is ready
