- Potatoes(peeled and chopped) - 2 nos
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Sesame oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing potato subzi, heat sesame oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add in onion, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till transparent.
- Toss in the potatoes, tomatoes and chilly powder with required water. Allow the potatoes to cook on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Potato subzi is ready. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or chapatti.
