- Pork(chopped) - 2 cups
- Onions(finely chopped, big) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour(mixed in a little water) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing potatoes in pork gravy, heat oil in a vessel and saute onions till golden brown with curry leaves.
- Add in ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, chilly powder, garam masala, pepper powder, green chillies and salt. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the pork and potatoes. Fry it on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Pour required water, close the lid and allow it to cook.
- Open the lid. Boil it with the corn flour mixture. Keep mixing it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
- Potatoes in pork gravy is ready. Serve hot.
