Prawns with rice noodles and other ingredients

Ingredients
- King prawns(peeled and deveined) - 1/2 kg
- Rice noodles - 350 g
- Potatoes(finely cubed) - 1 no
- garlic(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
- Dried red chilly(flakes) - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green gram(sprouted) - 225 g
- Peanuts(roasted and coarsely ground) - 50 g
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing prawn fried noodles, soak the noodles in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes, drain it and keep it aside.
- In the same vessel heat a little more oil and scramble the eggs. Keep it aside.
- Heat a little more oil in the same pan, fry the potatoes on low flame till it becomes brown in colour and done. Remove it and keep it aside.
- In the same pan heat oil. Toss in the soaked noodles and dried red chilly flakes. Fry it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Then add in the sprouted green gram, oyster sauce, salt, grated carrot and peanuts. Mix well and allow it to cook with a little water.
- Toss in the cooked prawn, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs. Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.
- Prawn fried noodles is ready. Serve hot.
