Fried prawns are cooked in rice

Ingredients
- Prawns(de-veined and washed) - 1 kg
- Rice(soak it for 20 minutes) - 2 cups
- Onions(finely sliced, big) - 2 nos
- Carrot(grated) - 2 nos
- Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing prawn in veggie pepper rice, marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add in rice and 4 cups of hot water.
- Then add in soya sauce, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt. Allow it to simmer on low flame.
- Prawn in veggie pepper rice is ready. Serve hot.
