Instructions
For preparing prawn pulav, first soak basmati rice in sufficient
water
for 30 minutes.
Take a vessel and add
oil
,
cloves
,
cardamom
and chopped onions. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
Stir in all the ingredients except rice:
prawns
,
tomato
,
ginger
-
garlic
paste, chilly powder,
turmeric
, coriander,
cumin powder
,
garam masala
and
salt
. Cook it for 5 more minutes.
Stir in the rice to the mixture and add 1 cup of
water
. Cook till the
water
is evapourated (15 minutes).
Prawn pulav is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
