  1. Take a pan and put the cleaned prawns, a little water, some salt, vinegar and minced ginger.
  2. Cook in low fire until the prawns are cooked and the water evaporates completely.
  3. Remove the seeds and grind the skin of red chillies along with garlic to a fine paste.
  4. Tan a pan and pour some oil. Fry the onions until crisp and golden. Remove from fire.
  5. Next, fry the potato pieces until crisp and remove from fire.
  6. In the same oil, saute the ground red chilly masala. Add the cooked prawns and saute well.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and stir for sometime.
  8. Add half of the fried onions, a pinch of sugar and required salt.
  9. Mix and remove the contents to serving dish. Decorate the top with remaining fried onions and fried potato pieces.
  10. Yummy and nutritious prawn with potato stir fry is ready and serve hot.
