- Prawns(cleaned) - 1/2k g
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing prawns dry fry, take a vessel, add in prawns, chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
- Allow it to cook on low flame without adding oil. Cover it with a lid.
- Cook till the prawns become dry.
- Then add in the oil. Let it cook on low flame till it becomes a bit crispy. Mix it in intervals.
- Prawns dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
