Prawns are fried and cooked in masala

Ingredients
- Prawns(peeled and de-veined) - 1 cup
- Onions(finely chopped, big) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Tomatoes(big) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
- Mint leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Meat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curd - 4 tbsp
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing prawns in dry masala, marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for 2 hours.
- Fry the onions with salt till it becomes transparent.
- Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, meat masala powder and pepper powder.
- Toss in the tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
- Put in the fried prawns and curry leaves. SautT it well on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 a cup of water and close the vessel. Allow it to cook.
- Then add in the coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Pour in the curd and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.
- Prawn in dry masala is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, porotta, dosa, etc.
