Ingredients
- King prawns(deveined and cleaned) - 450 g
- Lime leaves - 4 nos
- Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
- Green curry paste - 2 tbsp
- Lemon grass stalk(chopped) - 1 no
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Cucumber(de-seeded and chopped) - 1/2 no
- basil leaves - 15 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in the green curry paste and sautT it till a nice smell comes.
- Then add the prawns, lime leaves, salt and lemon grass. Saute till the prawns are pink.
- Stir in the fish sauce, cucumber and basil leaves.
- Garnish with the green chillies.
- Prawns in green gravy is ready. Serve hot.
