Ingredients
- King prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 450 g
- Coconut milk - 600 ml
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Saffron threads - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1/2 lime
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, curry leaves and salt. Mix it for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Remove it from the heat.
- Prawns in yellow gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice.
