An afternoon snack with prawns

- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Beetroot juice/red color - 2 to
- Salt(As reqd) -
For preparing stuffing:
- Prawns(fried) - 250 g
- Oil - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 3 to
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Saute the onion, ginger and curry leaves in oil.
- Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
- Add minced prawns and coriander leaves. Remove from fire. The stuffing is ready.
- Roll it into a circle and cut it into thin ribbons.
- Knead the remaining flour into a smooth dough.
- Take lemon sized balls and roll it into thin circles.
- Stuff it with the prawns masala and fold it into square shapes.
- Paste the ribbons on it (using a drop of water if necessary) to give it a parcel like look.
- Fry in oil until it turns golden brown.
