Rice flour in tamarind juice with red chillies - Puliupma Easy
Instructions
- In a bowl pour in the tamarind pulp and rice flour. Mix it to a consistency like that of idly batter.
- Take a heavy kadai and heat 4 teaspoon of oil.
- Season it with mustard seeds, red chillies and hing.
- Once the mustards start cracking add the rice-tamarind batter mixture.
- Let the mixture cook on low flame for sometime. Add a little oil if required for roasting.
- Make it into a upma consistency.
- Puliupma is ready.
