- Pumpkin(diced) - 1 cup
- Curds(beaten) - 1 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(A pinch, Jeeraka podi) -
- Asafoetida(A pinch) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing pumpkin raitha, boil pumpkin and mash it with the back of a fork.
- Mix mashed pumpkin, curds, chilly powder, cumin powder, asafoetida and salt.
- Heat oil in a vessel. Splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves. Pour into pumpkin mixture.
- Pumpkin raitha is ready. Serve cold.
