Instructions
- Peel and cut pumpkin in small pieces
- In pan add oil and fry roast urad dal and red chili in golden brown color and keep aside to cool
- In same pan add oil and cook pumpkin till soft. and allow to cool
- In mixer add red chili and coconut and asafeotida grind well
- Now Add urad dal and coarsely in pulse. And Season mustard with oil
- Now its ready Pumpkin thogayal. serve with hot rice or dosa or idly any other as your wish.
