  • White chickpeas(soaked overnight) – 1/2cup
  • Onion(finely minced) – 1no
  • Tomato(finely minced) – 1no
  • Green chillies(finely minced) – 2nos
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Curry leaves(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Lime juice – 1lime
  • Chaat masala – 1tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing quick chickpeas snack, cook chickpeas in salt water and strain it.
  2. In a bowl mix in the cooked chickpeas, onion, tomato, green chilly, chaat masala, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves and lime juice.
  3. Make small lime shaped balls.
  4. Quick chickpeas snack is ready. Serve immediately.
