- Hard boiled eggs(grated) - 2 nos
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 40 g
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Smash the potatoes using the back of a fork.
- In a bowl mix in grated eggs, mashed potatoes, garam masala, pepper powder and salt.
- Make small lemon size balls and flatten it a bit in your palms. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Quick egg cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
