Instructions
- For preparing quick fried rice, heat oil in a pan and sautT in the spring onions.
- Then add in the cooked basmati rice and sautT it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add in soya sauce, vinegar and salt.
- Toss it on high flame for 1 minute.
- Quick basmati rice is ready. Serve hot with chicken curry, vegetable curry, etc.
