Ingredients
  • Green Peas : 1 cup –
  • Onion : 1 (chopped into small pieces) –
  • Ginger : 1 Large –
  • Green Chilly: 3 or 4 nos –
  • Coriander leaves : a hand full –
  • Salt : as reqd –
Instructions
  1. Soak the green peas in water for 4 hours.
  2. Add 2 Green Chilies and Ginger with Soaked green Peas and grind well.
  3. Chop the remaining 2 green chilies, coriander leaves and onion.
  4. Mix the grinded green Peas to this.
  5. Make small Vada shapes and deep fry.
