Ingredients
Paneer : 1 cup –
onion
2 no. –
Tomato
: 1 no –
capsicum
1/2 no. –
tomato
sauce 1 tbsp –
Red chili powder : 1 tsp –
Garam Masala
: 1 tsp –
Salt
to taste –
coriander masala 2 tsp –
Turmeric Powder
: 1 tsp –
Oil
: 4 tbsp –
Cumin seeds
: 1 tsp –
Instructions
cube the paneer
heat the
oil
in the kadai and temper the cumin seed
saute the sliced
onion
until it get golden brown
add
ginger
garlic
paste and mix well
add red chili powder,
salt
turmeric powder
,
garam masala
,
cumin powder
and
coriander powder
and mix it
add chopped
tomato
and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
add cubed
capsicum
and mix well
add
tomato
sauce and mix well
add cubed paneer, mix well
allow to cook for 5 mins in a low flame
now quick paneer sabzi is ready to serve
