Ingredients
- Rabbit(chopped) - 450 g
- Green curry paste - 3 tbsp
- Coconut milk - 2 1/2 cups
- Lime leaves - 4 nos
- Fish sauce - 2 cups
- Brown sugar - 1 tsp
- Thai brinjals(halved) - 150 g
- basil leaves - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing rabbit with thai brinjals, heat oil in a vessel.
- Add the green curry paste and fry until there is a nice smell.
- Allow it to a simmer and cook until the rabbit and brinjals are done. Remove it from the flame.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
- Rabbit with thai brinjals are ready. Serve hot with noodles.
