Ingredients
- Boiled rice - 1 cup
- Raw Rice - 1 cup
- Radish(peeled and grated) - 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots/small onions(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 4 tbsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind the soaked boiled rice and raw rice to a fine paste. Pour it in a bowl.
- Add in grated radish, shallots, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Toss it in the radish batter and mix it well.
- Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the radish batter on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
- Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame. Drizzle a little oil around the dosa¦s.
- Radish dosa¦s are ready. Serve immediately with chutney.
