- Radish(peeled and cubed) - 1 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(split) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies(broken) - 2 nos
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing radish fougath, heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Toss in the dry red chillies and the curry leaves.
- Add in the radish, turmeric powder, onion, tomato, green chillies, coconut, salt and a little water to allow the radish to cook on low flame.
- Radish fougath is ready. Serve hot as a side dish for rice.
