Ingredients
  • Ragi / finger millet flour 2 cup –
  • Corn flour ½ cup –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • green chili 4 no. –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Coriander Leaves 1/5 cup –
  • curry leaves 10 no. –
  • Oil to fry –
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves
  2. in a bowl add ragi / finger millet, chopped green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and corn flour
  3. add water and mix well
  4. heat the oil in the pan and fry it by small balls
  5. Remove from oil
  6. now ragi / finger millet pakoda is ready. serve with hot coffee or tea
