ragi 1 cup –
Rice : 1 cup –
urad dal 2 tbsp –
onion
chopped 1 cup –
methi leaves 1 cup –
grated
carrot
1 cup –
Salt
to taste –
Instructions
soak ragi rice and urad dal for 5 hrs grind and allow it to ferment for 5 hrs
prepare the batter like this

,methi leaves, and carrots and stir well
spread it in dosa pan and cook both sides
