Ingredients
  • ragi 1 cup –
  • Rice : 1 cup –
  • urad dal 2 tbsp –
  • onion chopped 1 cup –
  • methi leaves 1 cup –
  • grated carrot 1 cup –
  • Salt to taste –
Instructions
  1. soak ragi rice and urad dal for 5 hrs grind and allow it to ferment for 5 hrs
  2. prepare the batter like this
  3. add salt ,methi leaves, and carrots and stir well
  4. spread it in dosa pan and cook both sides
  5. adai is ready to serve
