  • Rajma – 1cup
  • Potato 2
  • Coriander(small bunch) –
  • Green chili – 2
  • Ginger 1inch
  • Onion 1
  • Roasted channa dal powder – 1/2cup
  • Salt(as taste) –
  • Oil(for frying) –
  1. Soak rajma for 5 hours and boil with potato and mash it.
  2. Grind coriander, g. chili, ginger and keep aside
  3. Now chop onions and add with mash rajma and potato and grind paste
  4. Add roasted channa dal powder and salt and mix well
  5. Shape like cutlet with small amount of mixture,Deep fry with oil. and drain it
  6. Now its ready to serve Rajma Potato Cutlet
