- Rava - 1 Cup
- Coconut - 1 Cup
- Shallots - 4 Nos.
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Grind coconut, cumin seeds and shallots by adding little water to make a smooth paste.
- Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of batter to the center of the pan. Begin to spread the batter in sweeping circular motions to form a pancake. Cover the top and cook it it medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- The delicious pathiri is ready now. You can have it with any veg or Non.veg Curries.
