Instructions
- Peel the skin and remove the pulpy flesh. Discard the seeds and allow it to cool.
- Put the pulp in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Slowly pour in required cold water and blend it till smooth.
- Pour the juice in a glass along with saffron and mix well.
- Garnish with ice-cubes.
- Raw mango coolant is ready. Serve chilled.
